Welcome to Pattern90. These Terms govern your use of pattern90.com, members.pattern90.com and related Pattern90 features (the “Service”). The Service is operated by Pattern90 Team, Paphos, Cyprus (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@pattern90.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, we ask you to confirm your acceptance at registration.
What the Service provides
Pattern90 provides statistical analysis of sports data, algorithmic indicators and software tools (SaaS) for informational, research and entertainment purposes only. It publishes football match data and analytical tools, including estimated fair odds, comparisons with publicly displayed bookmaker or exchange prices, price movements and automated VALUE signals. The Match Analysis, Odds trend and Sharp Value views answer different analytical questions. The figures are estimates generated from available data and a model that may change. Displayed bookmaker prices belong to third parties and may change, disappear, differ by location or account, or be unavailable by the time you view them. Our estimated fair odds are not bookmaker offers.
Pattern90 is not a gambling operator, bookmaker or betting exchange and does not accept wagers. We do not accept or settle bets, hold player funds, or arrange a bet through the Service. Your dealings with any third-party bookmaker or exchange are separate and governed by its own terms and applicable law.
Eligibility and responsible use
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. You must also comply with any higher minimum age or other restrictions that apply where you live. Do not use the Service where doing so would be unlawful. Only you can decide whether to place a bet. Never stake money you cannot afford to lose; do not treat betting as income or a solution to financial difficulty. See our Responsible Gambling notice.
No promise of returns
A VALUE signal means that our estimated fair price differs from an observed market price according to our model. It does not mean a bet will win or that the price is still available. Models, source feeds, match identifiers, kick-off times, results and displayed statistics can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. A positive estimated edge or closing-line measure is not a guaranteed profit. Historical figures, if published, must be read with their stated method, sample and limitations. Information on this site is general analysis; we do not assess your financial circumstances or provide personal betting advice. You alone are responsible for any financial decision you make, and to the extent permitted by applicable law Pattern90 is not responsible for any losses.
Accounts
Registration is by email only, using a one-time sign-in link (no password). The Service is strictly for people aged 18 or older. You must provide an email address you control, keep access to your email secure and not share account access. We send a one-time sign-in link to that address. Tell us at hello@pattern90.com if you suspect misuse. We may restrict access or remove an account for abuse, unlawful activity or a material breach of these Terms. You may ask us to close and delete your account at any time by emailing us.
Subscriptions, payments and cancellation
Premium is offered for periods of 1, 3 or 12 months at the prices shown on the Plans page before you pay. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. For crypto (BTC, SOL, USDT, USDC), the payment address and amount are shown on the Plans page after you sign in; you send the payment on the network shown and give us the transaction ID, and we activate Premium once we have verified it. Crypto payments sent on a different network, to a different address or for a lower amount than shown may not be recoverable or may not activate Premium. For other payment methods, we send payment instructions by email. Premium may be activated provisionally while a payment is being verified.
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time before renewal; your access then continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Crypto and manual payments cover the chosen period and do not renew automatically.
Because access to digital content starts immediately, payments are not refundable once access has been activated. Where consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal, we will ask you at checkout to request immediate access and to confirm that you lose that right once access starts. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
Telegram alerts and newsletter
Premium Telegram alerts are available only while your subscription is active. We send newsletters or marketing emails only if you have given separate consent (opt-in), and you can withdraw that consent at any time using the link in each email.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may use the Service for your own lawful, personal analysis. The Pattern90 name, interface, original text, model outputs and presentation are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Do not copy, republish, resell, systematically extract or automate large-scale collection of Service content, interfere with its operation, bypass its security checks, or present Pattern90 material as your own, except where law permits or we have given written permission. Third-party sports data and trademarks remain subject to their owners’ rights. Contact us about a commercial licence or a suspected rights issue.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but feeds and software can fail or be delayed. Please check event details and prices independently before acting. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for betting losses resulting from decisions you make using the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Changes and disputes
We may update the Service and these Terms. We will display the effective date and give appropriate notice of material changes; a change will not retrospectively impose a new paid commitment. Please contact us first about any issue. The applicable law and courts are determined by mandatory consumer rules and, otherwise, the law and courts of Cyprus.
